Aurora Studios designs, builds and hosts private, branded websites and client galleries for photography studios. This page explains what we collect, how your clients’ photos are protected, and how to reach us.
What we collect
To set up and run your studio’s website we collect your name, email and studio details, the photos you upload for delivery, and basic technical data (like sign-in activity) needed to keep your account secure. Clients who open a gallery may be asked for a password — we don’t need their email or personal details to show them their photos.
Your clients’ private galleries
Every gallery is password-protected and isolated to your studio alone — another studio’s clients can never see your galleries, and your clients can never see anyone else’s. Login attempts are rate-limited to protect against password guessing.
How photos are delivered
Photos are never made available at a permanent public web address. Every photo is served through a short-lived, signed link that expires automatically, so a gallery link can’t quietly stay accessible forever after you’ve moved on.
Location data
We automatically strip GPS and other location metadata (EXIF data) from every photo when it’s uploaded, before it’s ever stored or delivered to anyone.
We don’t sell your data
We never sell, rent or share your data or your clients’ data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Your photos and information are used only to run your studio’s website and galleries.
Keeping or deleting your data
We keep your studio’s data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account, your website and every associated gallery and photo at any time by emailing us — we’ll confirm once it’s done.
