Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
These terms cover your use of Aurora Studios — the website and private client galleries we design, build and host for your photography studio. By signing up, you agree to them.
The service
We design and build a custom website on your own domain, with private, password-protected galleries built in to deliver your clients’ photos. Setup is white-glove — our team builds it with you, not a drag-and-drop tool you assemble yourself.
Your studio account
You’re responsible for the photos you upload and for keeping your account credentials safe. You confirm you have the rights to upload and deliver every photo you send through your galleries.
Fees & billing
Pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, as shown on our pricing page or agreed with you directly. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already billed.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no long-term contract to break. Once cancelled, your website is taken offline and client galleries stop being reachable; you can ask us to delete your data immediately, or we’ll keep it only as long as reasonably needed to wind down your account.
Acceptable use
You won’t upload or deliver content you don’t have the rights to, or content that’s illegal or infringes someone else’s privacy. We may suspend a site that violates this.
Availability
We work hard to keep your website and galleries online and fast, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service — occasional maintenance or outages can happen.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll let you know by email if a change materially affects you.
